The State wants you to know about the collection, use, security, and access to information that may be obtained through use of the State's web portal. By using the site and its contents, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms, which Alaska State Parks may change at any time. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

Notwithstanding the general use policy of the State of Alaska, material presented on this website is protected by various copyrights that are owned and/or managed by the State of Alaska, through its Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation (Alaska State Parks). All commercial rights to use materials made available on this site are reserved by the State of Alaska unless expressly granted otherwise in writing. All use shall be subject to the conditions of use and license provisions contained herein.  

ORDER CHANGES and CANCELLATION

It is crucial that you verify your order prior to placing it. However, if you need change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at dnr.pksvol@alaska.gov. All changes and cancellations have to be made before the order ships. Once the order ships, changes and cancellations cannot be made. 

*RETURNS AND IN-STORE CREDIT*

If you need to return an item, return claims must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at dnr.pksvol@alaska.gov if you need to make a return, and we will issue you an RMA and send you a prepaid mailing label to return the item. We do not issue refunds on returned products; we only issue in-store credit for the value of the item returned. 

USE OF CONTENT FROM THIS WEBSITE

We do collect personal information directly from individuals who volunteer to use some of our services. Collection of this information is required to deliver the specific services, but use of these services is voluntary.

Only information submitted for account creation is kept on by our site. All credit card and payment information is sent directly to our credit card processor, and is not stored on our website.

ONLINE PURCHASES BY MINORS

The PARKS’ online store does not sell products for purchase by minors.
